平素よりgroundsの商品をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび2025年4月より弊社が販売しております「SKYSCRAPER」および「SKYSCRAPER WIRE」の一部の商品において、アッパーとミッドソール、またはミッドソールとアウトソールの接着が不十分である可能性があり、弊社の品質基準を満たしていないことが確認されました。

当該商品をお買い上げいただきましたお客様には、大変ご迷惑とご心配をおかけいたしますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

この事態を受け、該当製品の自主回収（リコール）を実施し、全額返金をさせていただくことといたしました。
ご購入されたお客様には、以下の「返品手続きの詳細」をご確認いただき、手続きを進めていただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for your continued support of grounds.

We are reaching out to inform you of an important quality issue concerning certain units of our& SKYSCRAPER and SKYSCRAPER WIRE shoes sold since April 2025. It has come to our attention that some pairs may not meet our strict quality standards due to insufficient bonding between the upper and midsole, as well as between the midsole and outsole.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may cause.

As a precautionary measure, we are initiating a recall of the affected products and will be offering full refunds. We kindly ask that you follow the instructions in the “Return Process Details” section below to complete the return process.

At grounds, ensuring product quality is our highest priority. We are taking immediate steps to improve our manufacturing process to prevent such issues in the future.
